Call your local FTD store & see if they have a store there as well.

Go on google and type in flower store in the location where you want to send it and try to find the Phone number for that flower store and just purchase the flowers with your credit card if you have one, and pay for them to be delivered to that person. hope this helps.

Simply call some local flower shops and ask, certain larger companies do ship to Europe. Or look online using Google, many online flower shops ship to Europe too I noticed.
