How do you get bbc iplayer in Belgium

How do you get bbc iplayer in Belgium?
I live in Belgium and i really want to get bbc iplayer, but the bbc website always says "not available in your area" Is it possible to get it? How??? I heard about something called proxy adress? Whats that?

Simple answer is you can't! The BBC shows are available only for FEE paying British folk. The BBC are planning to launch a pay-per-view iplayer for other countries soon so keep posted.

Sign up for a VPN (Virtual Private Network). Usually cost about 5 pounds ($8) a month and allow you to connect to a UK server from where-ever you are in the world, which tells iPlayer you have a UK IP address. Then you can go ahead and watch iPlayer, 4oD, ITV Player, etc. Google VPN's and shop around a bit.
