If its for a visa as an american she doesnt need any visa to travel to Belgium on a US passport, she just buys a flight and can stay for 90 days with no visa. If you get married you have to check with the belgian government how she gets a spousal visa after you get married, she prob has to sign some papers then apply for a new visa after married. she doesnt need to show money to leave the country, just her ticket and passport. there is no departure tax to leave nigeria by plane, she doesnt need any insurance or anything else do not send any money to this woman before you actually meet her in person, there are too many scammers pretending to be americans in nigeria on every dating site who have no intention of ever visiting you, they just want money for tickets they never buy, visas that arent even needed, things like BTAs that havent existed since the 1980s and if you do send the money and the ticket youll get an email that they were either in a horrible accident or mugged on their way to the airport and need you to send even more money. be careful.
