American Citizen Living in Belgium?
Hello, I've been living in Belgium since October 21 2009, however I went back to the States for apprx. 7 days in early December. Am I legally able to stay for another 90 days?

You can stay in the Schengen zone for 90 days out of any 180 days. So the answer is no, not for another 90 days. By the way, you can not 'live' in Belgium on a tourist visum, or a stamp in your passport. Those are for tourists and for people traveling for business. If you want to live in Belgium you will have to apply for a resident visa, and those are not easy to get.
