Cost of Living, Bills and Outgoings in each country??? UK France USA UAE Belgium Netherlands ITALY?
To live in England everyone in the country has to pay the following bills in an average life. Almost everyone has a mobile phone, almost everyone has a home phone and internet. So these are the only two items which are really luxury. The rest are bills that come with almost everyone that owns a property. The service charge is because there are other flats in the same building. We pay for the upkeep of the building. I've quoted what I believe to be the average amounts for people that live in a 2 bedroom apartment in London. Although some of these are paid monthly the amounts below are what they are on a yearly basis. Gas Bill £700 ( most of this charge is from winter time) Electric Bill £300 Water Bill £330 ( I dont have a meter. just fixed yearly price) TV Licence £146 ( Just to have a TV in your house) Council Tax £1464 House phone which includes internet £300 ( 8mb speed unlimited download) Mobile Phone Bill £240 ( Unlimited internet, texts + 600mins talktime) Service Charge £200 ( because other people in same building we pay maintenance / service charge) We own a Flat ( worth 330,000) in London with £230,000 left to pay. If you include this extra bill its £1050 a month for the next approx 20 - 25 years. This is just for extra info for anyone wants to know how much properties in London are. In fact our flat is about 3 miles walk from central london. Not even a good apartment. They are all expensive here. I am just interest to know how much the CORE bill are in every other country. What is the cost of living in FRANCE? What is the cost of living in ITALY? What is the cost of living in SPAIN? What is the cost of living in USA? What is the cost of living in Netherlands? What is the cost of living in Belgium? What is the cost of living in United Arab Emirates? What is the cost of living in Egypt? OR ANYWHERE ELSE I'm thinking to leave England eventually. Seems too expensive. So would love an answer preferably one country per person kinda thing? So if you have had experience in the USA you can answer the USA question. If you've had experience in France you can answer the france question. I am sure you know what I mean :) Just a quick list like above :) Thanks in advance for your help and guidance

Well based on currency rates my monthly expenses here in Colorado come to 5250 pounds which comes to an annual rate of 63,000. This includes my mortgage for a 1500 sq ft two story house, the utilities, food, phone, car payments for two cars. This is everything. I have no idea what expenses are like in other parts of the US. In California the cost of living would be almost double what it is here. NY it is very high as well.
