i live in Belgium and would like to purchase either an itouch or an iphone, which ever is cheaper. how much would an itouch 8GB/ 16GB cost in Belgium? and how much would an iphone 8GB/ 16 GB cost in Belgium? and would there be any possible way to buy an itouch/iphone in America without having a contract? and how approximately how much would that cost (for both models 8GB/ 16GB)?
