Is it possible to learn Flemish (Dutch) in 1 year if living in Belgium?

you can learn it like simple words and speak but about everyday needs.

Well, you won´t speak it fluently, you might be able to have a conversation if you do it full time.

It all depends on your dedication. I taught my ex boyfriend Dutch (we lived in the Netherlands) and he was fluent after a year. What is really important is that you use it as much as you can. That way you practice a lot, but it also makes you more comfortable using the language. I know a lot of people who are to 'scared' to speak a different language and that really holds them back. So make sure you speak Dutch as much as you can, in shops, with friends and colleagues and I'm sure you'll be fluent before you know it!
