Would a woman still want to marry a duel US/Belgium national, if she has to move to Belgium? She has to sign a prenuptial agreement that says that is the woman divorces her husband, any children she has will stay and live with there father in Belgium, but the mother still gets certain visitation rights, and the mother does not pay child support to the father. This guarantees that the mother can still see her children if she divorces him.
