u can not get married in any country of European union, which Belgium is member. Europe is not usa. for getting married u need to produce a passport with valid visa. u might go both to india and get married there, but then u have to apply for legal visa in india and wait for many months. also it is a puzzle for me how re u going to get back to india - they check passport before u leave the country, and if your visa is expired u will have to pay either certain fine per day of staying without visa or u will be banned from ever getting visa to any country of european union. good luck pal. your life is a complete mess now

I am an American that is LEGAL in Holland, and had to go thru hell and back to get married in Holland...The laws here are about the same as in Belgium...Your really lucky that they haven't found you out yet.. No offense but your GF should know the law.Now the bad news, if they find you out they will put you back on the first plane to India. If you really love her, get your shit together and get married LEGally
