Can I leave Romania to go back to Belgium where i live if my Romanian passport is expired?
So i was born in Romania. In Romania they give you an ID card when you turn 14. But when i turned 12, i immigrated to Belgium, where i stayed 4 years. In Belgium i received an orange card (for immigrants from outside the E.U.), but later on Romania got into the European Union so me and my family got blue cards, later to become E cards (for immigrants from E.U. countries). But meanwhile, my Romanian passport expired, and it cannot be updated (thank's to prime minister Boc the Little) I've been wanting to visit Romania for 2 years now, and this summer when i finally get to, i find out that i can't update my passport, and a new one would take 3 months, and then the summer vacantion would be over ! and if i get a special one-way passport to romania, then i would have to make a new one there, but i would loose the allocation in Belgium (and i've just applied for citizenship after a 3 year stay) I still have an E card... so is there anything i can do with these documents to get in and out of Romania (by car or plane) ? Please help me !!

Sorry, but I don't understand your question at all. Why did you (or your parents) not register your presence at the Romanian Embassy at Brussels as you (or your parents) were supposed to do by Romanian law? Why haven't they obtained your ID card from the Brussels Embassy? Why haven't you applied for a new passport at the Romanian Embassy in Brussels? Why do you claim to hold documents which do not exist in Belgium? You may report me for not following the question and answer format on Y!A, but those type of questions are just piss...
